lowest possible price and guarantee you get in. See you at the conference!
February 16, 2016: Warning to all exhibitors!
It has come to our
attention that someone calling themselves "Convention Housing Planners" or
"CHPlanners" is contacting Western Conference on Safety exhibitors and
representing themselves as a booking agency for hotel guest rooms at the
Western Conference on Safety. THEY ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE WESTERN
CONFERENCE ON SAFETY nor the Pacific Safety Center in any manner whatsoever.
We have NOT provided them with any contact information. We cannot say who
Convention Housing Planners are, but we strongly recommend that you do not
book your accommodation through them and that you do contact the Hyatt
Regency Hotel directly to make your hotel bookings. You can call the Hyatt
Regency Vancouver at 1-888-421-1442 or
conference Accommodations page.
